What if my Team doesn’t know how to dance?

Our program was created to help people improve their work performance by learning something they have never done before. It’s new, scary and out of their comfort zone. That’s the point. It puts them in a position where they must work together and have a memorable, shared experience, without any pressure to do it well. You just need to make sure they show up, we will make sure they learn and enjoy themselves right from the start!

Who will be teaching the Series?

All classes are taught by Grigol Kranz, a champion ballroom dancer and fitness instructor. He’s been a competitive ballroom dancer for many years, competing across Europe and the United States. He began bringing his classes into the corporate world when his personal clients began seeing the benefits of dancing transfer into their work performance. He understands group dynamics well, can quickly assess and adjust to any group, and can teach any age group and skill level, skills he has developed throughout his career, having taught over 1000s of people.
